Great room, lovely staff, good location between Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon. The addition of a coffee machine in their dining room would bring them up to 5 stars, but otherwise it's a lovely place and we'd recommend them.

The food was very good.
Unfortunately access from car park to hotel is poor, and very difficult to carry cases and bags up the stairs as there is no lift.

The room looked lovely and as did others that we could see into as we passed along the corridor. The place had a very homely feel and is elegant in decoration. Such a shame there was a large stain on the bedroom carpet.
