"Despite booking in advance was rung at 12 midday after driving 5 hours to be told we had no rooms, they had double booked! Ended up spending 3 hours on phone trying to find another hotel which ended up being an hour away from where we needed to be.
Disgusting service once again from hotels.com the second time they have cancelled us "
