Perfect location for walking Edinburgh! Close to the park, castle and the High street. Walkable to Greyfriars. We absolutely loved the area. The apartment was very comfortable and gave us (family of 5) a decent amount of space. Very quiet, and a good price for the area and size of room!

The room was very small and the shower was very hard to manipulate. The breakfast was fine and generous.
The restaurant was not good for dinner as it was dominated by the bar.

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely room (a bit warm but Scotland has been warmer than usual this year!). Great leisure facilities-enjoyed relaxing in the pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. Breakfast delicious and plenty choices."
