Modern Newly Renovated Home on the Broads
A renovated two bedroom home at the popular Tingdene lifestyle resort Oulton Broad which includes a pool, sauna and pub by the water.
Modern light and airy open plan with a touch of luxury and much attention to detail. Suitable for families, couples, friends and anyone looking to stay in the area.
With the Broads about 150 metres, parks, restaurants and cafe's in walking distance and beaches nearby it's an enviable location. Further attractions are short drive away or via public transport.
The space
An airy two bedroom home located on a quiet park with plenty of space and facilities such as Launderette withing 25m of the property.
The property is decorated throughout to add a touch of luxury and elegance. I've added as much convenience and comfort as possible for all who stay.
Main Bedroom: Four poster bed, storage and charging points in bedside tables.
Second Bedroom: Small single beds, storage and charging point by beds.
Bathroom: Rainfall Electric shower, bath, heated towel radiator, storage, shaver socket.
Lounge: Sofa and Armchair with TV and speaker. Games available.
Dining Area: Table with space for everyone and equipment to make a special meal if you like to do so.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with; Dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with generous freezer. Plenty of crockery and some barware.
High chair (basic / freestanding) on request - which requires the legs attaching.
Cosy dog bed with blanket, towels, dog food and water dishes, and a few toys.
Baby / dog gate (in situ) for restriction where needed.
Digital Electric Radiators throughout.
Broadband (free) throughout.
Note: No Gas - therefore no carbon monoxide detector.
Guest access
The entire space (except for access to the loft and a locked supplies box).
