Stayed one night bc we were in Lubbock for a concert. Great place to stay because it’s very clean, comfortable and property in nice condition. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. Also many things a short driving distance.

The bed linen could have been cleaner and changed. The good amenities the breakfast laundry free parking free wi-fi location to stores and eating places. Quiet safe neighborhood.

Great hotel, nice staff. They have an EV charger, although you have to reduce charging power, otherwise it will tell the breaker. Pet friendly and a nice grass so behind the hotel for the dogs to take care of business.

Housekeeping never came by to do any cleaning, like taking the trash out, even when the sign was on the door knob asking for service. Ran out of coffee, small stuff like that.

Under the bed was what seemed to be a dog bone , and an empty bottle . Therefore I’m not sure if the room wasn’t cleaned or if they just didn’t clean under the bad .

Best Westerns have quickly become my go-to and this one didn't miss the mark. Checked in after 1am. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Hotel and rooms were clean. We missed breakfast so can't chime in on that. Only thing, I wish they had a coffee bar set up in the lobby so if you miss breakfast you can still get coffee.

Great hotel, on the way to Colorado
When traveling, we like Best Westerns and this one was no exception. The heater was a bit noisy, but the breakfast made up for it. Would stay again.

New Home Away from Home
Great stay!! Wonderful if you have a fur baby that travels with you! Plenty of grassy area for pets. Room was good and breakfast… real eggs!!!! They also make you aware of what to expect for breakfast each day! Overall we think this will be our new home away from home in Lubbock.

Room was very comfy and location was good. Breakfast was not so great—burritos were a good idea, but they were not warm and were pretty tasteless. Maybe just a fluke.

Our normal breakfast menu includes freshly made eggs (not the powder stuff), sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruits, pastries, waffles, toast, cereal, salsa, and delicious tortillas. Need to move my return up one day, with other travel companies, it is real simple, but not you guys. Tried canceling, unless your a computer wiz, it not going to happen! I tried for almost an hour, very confusing. We stayed at the BW last night and they were great, will stay there again in our four trips a year to see the kids, but won’t ever use your site again.

Passing through Lubbock on a road trip, my son and I needed a place to stay with our dog. This place was perfect —not super fancy but very clean and had everything we needed, including a small fridge, easy and convenient parking and comfortable beds. It was very quiet too. We arrived just before midnight, and the friendly staff in the office was there to greet us. The hotel price was very reasonable too. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m impressed with the new BW
I have stayed in BW+ before in other states, and overall I’m really impressed with their efforts to upgrade their hotels. I stayed in a king suite, and it was a comfortable size. The bed wasn’t extremely comfortable, nor were the pillows. I did get a decent nights sleep though, so that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again. The staff was friendly, and I always appreciate that. I wish there was a restaurant within walking distance, but there are a couple gas stations within a 3 minute drive. Breakfast was not great, and I was disappointed because I’ve had good breakfasts at other BW+ I was happy with the coffee though, and the Texas shaped waffle was a cute touch. The room was cleanish, but I was grossed out when seeing a short and curly in the shower, and the toilet had a little debris on it. Also, The trash can had someone else’s trash in it, but that wasn’t the end of the world Overall, this was a good experience staying here. Reasonably priced
