The decor (room #1) was very romantic with a lovely balcony. The only negative was our bathtub could not be filled with more than about 3 inches of water before it drained out so the jets could not work. We loved our delicious breakfast and conversing with our charming, friendly hostess Patrizia. We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. This property was a great value!

Location is good.comfortable to stay.You can have a good breakfast.Only problem was they offered room service every day but they only clean the toilet & make the bed ,never vacuum the floor.The floor was so dusty at end of my stay.otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Dear Mrs,With you inside the room always, perpetually, it would have been impossible to vacuum the floor.In 10 days of stay you allowed us to enter and clean the room only once.This doesn't seem like a good way to judge the cleaning service since you didn't even allow us to enter for the entire stay!Regards.

Sincerely the best experience we could have ever hoped for. As soon as I booked I had communication from the host about exactly how to get into the property after hours, then the room and bathroom far far exceeded our expectations. Everything was very thoughtfully presented and maintained, the room was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge! If that wasn’t enough, the breakfast buffet was also huge and had so many options plus wonderful coffee made by the host. I would give this place 100 stars if I could, thank you!!

Firstly the good thing- this property was good for what you’re paying. Location is fantastic. Our stay would have been much better if the hosts had clearly called out in the listing that late check ins are frowned upon. I didn’t appreciate the fact that the hosts tried to dictate when we can check in and got a bit rowdy in messaging on the last day about our late check in. The listing clearly called out that self check ins beyond the regular check in times are ok and not an issue. Advice to the hosts - update your listing to clearly call out that late check ins are not allowed. The fact that your B&B is cheap doesn’t mean that you get to dictate how people are traveling. Thank you

Treated like royalty
Such a joy to stay at this B&B. The hosts were helpful and kind. They accommodated our schedules and made sure to help us feel very welcomed. The room and bathroom were so intricately decorated. The breakfast buffet was jaw dropping. Would definitely recommend this B&B to friends and family.

The building itself feel it’s pretty old, so despite of the renovated bathroom etc, the insulation wasn’t good, and noise was coming from outside. Also it has no elevators. The parking is there behind the building, but the entrance to it is tight, so do not recommend a huge car if you are not used to drive narrow spaces. Bathroom amenity could be better. Having said that, the building has its charm, different experience from the big chain hotels, and the staff working there are very accommodating and very nice. The breakfast is very cute and good, and the coffee they make you was very tasty. Something I looked forward every morning. It’s not located inside the wall, but it’s definitely walkable distance to it, maybe 10 min walk. And you get to feel less touristy feel in the neighborhood, which is nice. If you like no big experience, this may be a good choice:-)

Excellent location only 5 minutes away from the wall of the old Lucca and Porta S Anna. A charming B&B managed by Martina who is kind and efficient. Nice breakfast to start the day with a big smile!

Little in Lucca
The room was very big with a sofa bed and a very short single bed. There was air conditioning which was a blessing as it was really hot all day and all night, and we were provided with ear plugs as the hotel was beside a very busy road! Although the room was very clean and relatively comfortable taking a shower proved to be an unexpected threat to life and limb! The ‘bathroom’ contained a sunken jacuzzi bath which one had to climb down into in order to take a shower. All was well until one attempted to disembark, wet and slippery. Whilst this may appeal to the athletic and amorous it simple provided material for a humorous anecdote for myself and my companion! Warning: space in the car park was extremely limited and ones success depended on the sense and generosity of other guests. The benefit of a small car In this case cannot be over emphasized.

Posto accogliente, gestito da persone gentili e disponibili, a due passi dalle mura e dal centro storico di Lucca. Stanza confortevole con un bagno molto ampio, e una colazione ricca di prodotti locali. L'ideale per un soggiorno all'insegna della tranquillità e del relax.

Soggiorno molto gradevole, camera molto ampia e confortevole (era una suite) anche se un po' rumorosa perché posta al piano terra a livello della strada. La struttura è un palazzetto primi 900 immagino, ed è curata nei dettagli. Pavimenti rivestimenti e bagni non sono nuovi ma molto puliti. Colazione ottima, mai trovata di questo livello in un B&B. Personale gentilissimo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

El personal que trabaja en el alojamiento es amabilísimo, muy atento y servicios. La dueña, Martina, es una persona muy eficiente y resolutiva y ha estado en todo momento pendiente de que todo estuviera bien y respondía inmediatamente a las consultas que le tuvimos que hacer. El sitio es de ensueño, parece sacado de un cuento de hadas, lleno de detalles de todo tipo, tanto a nivel decorativo como organizativa. Un sitio aconsejable cien por cien. Nos llevamos un recuerdo inolvidable.

We werden opgewacht met open armen en kregen een warm welkom. Het ontbijt is iedere ochtend vers en voldoet prima. Zelfs bij een keer het missen van het ontbijt werden we verrast met een bord in onze kamer! De locatie is ook geweldig. Het is zo’n 10 minuten lopen van de binnenstad. Enige minpunten is dat de kamer niet geluiddicht was. Hierdoor was het verkeer van buitenaf goed te horen, maar na een dag veel wandelen merk je er niets van! :) Daarnaast zijn de kamers aan wat verfrissing toe.

Week end a Lucca tra amiche, non potevamo essere più fortunate di così ! Questo B&B è un gioiellino 😍se piacciono le favole, il rosa e l’accoglienza molto amabile ,siete nel posto giusto, 6 min dalle mura e da tutte le comodità ma nello stesso tempo in una zona tranquillissima sicura e contornata da bellissime ville d’epoca, colazione molto curata stanza bella calda( fuori eravamo a -1)grazie Martina per la vostra gentilezza, torneremo di sicuro .

Ampia disponibilità di Martina durante il soggiorno. Struttura molto bella e singolare. Camera confortevole a parte i rumori provenienti dalla strada purtroppo ma che ha risolto dotandoci di tappi per le orecchie. Colazione a buffet abbondante e molto buona. Tutto perfetto grazie

Il personale è gentilissimo la colazione ottima e varia. Le camere ampie, con tutti i confort. Avevamo idromassaggio, aria condizionata, mini frigo, balconcino. Unica pecca che rendeva il luogo come se fosse meno pulito e ordinato erano le crepe sui muri. Basta solo una messa a punto ed è perfetto

Tutto molto bene. Dista 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Lucca e ha il parcheggio interno sicuro e gratuito. Pulizia ok, personale davvero cordiale.
