Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"The staff were excellent, and the room and overall facilities were very good. However, there are several areas that could be improved. Parking could be better, and the number of security guards sometimes made the atmosphere feel less relaxed. The difference in service between the various tiers was also quite noticeable. The smoke alarm going off while taking a shower was particularly annoying, especially when a security guard subsequently knocked on the door while I was still finishing up. It would be helpful to review the alarm system and the procedures for responding to these incidents. Another concern was the lack of a redundant power supply. When the electricity goes out, the water supply is also affected, which is a significant inconvenience. The food was average and could be improved. Overall, the staff and facilities were excellent, but improvements in parking, the security approach, power and water continuity, and food quality would make the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable."

"We traveled with a group of 6 people. The rooms were pristine and the food was great. I especially enjoyed the lunch and dinner buffets. The Jamaican restaurant was delicious as well. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this resort."

"The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My room was tastefully decorated. There were 2 resturants that really stood out in the most positive ways: El Dorado and the Hibachi Grill. The endless drinks was much needed. The pool area was spacious and enjoyed everyday. The only issues for me was that there were alot of stairs and no elevators- walking in 104 degree weather and climbing 2 and 3 flights of stairs was exhausting and the air condition was not cool enough. Resort could consider some more group activities to offer."

"This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just wanted to sit down and eat a good meal. so we left and went to the sports bar, that was a huge mistake. we sat there for 15-20 min and not a single worker came to out take yet 3 or 4 where standing and talking by the bar, and 4 other groups came in and where greeted within 45 seconds. the only difference between us and the other groups is we are white. we finally left after 20 minutes. we decided to try it again a few days later and same situation completely ignored! we just ate off the small buffet and went up to the bar. we where there maybe an hour and not once did someone come to our table. it was like we where completely invisible. this was the only place we were treated like this, everywhere else was fantastic. The main reason why i booked this resort was the spa facility and i was not disappointed! it is absolutely beautiful! i really enjoyed the turkish bath! I did get a massage as well and it was great also! the hibachi and steakhouse where really good, the rest where ok."

From the time I reserved my stay to departure …the whole process was professional and fine with great care by the hostess, Andrea & staff! Although my trip was bereavement; I felt so welcomed like Family by all at Blue Paloma! BIG UP to the entire Team , especially Conroy whose delicious and tasty breakfasts made our mornings even more delightful! A Gorgeous , clean and well maintained property by the diligent Owners ! I felt so at home . Just book and start your stay! You will be delighted 🇯🇲! The Lucea area is a Retreat and very picturesque ! On another note more rapid improvements to road infrastructure are needed thoughout the area to encourage and facilitate business in the area; especially after the recent advent of Hurricane Melissa ! ! I’ll be back ! Thanks & Kudos to Andrea, her Family friends and the Team at Blue Paloma for making my stay such a Delight!!"
