"Cleanliness was a priority. All staffing was exceptional Location was quite accessible to all our activities."

"We had a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms...it was clean and beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, they took very good care of us. The hotel is attached to a mall, which was very convenient, and one day they had a local 'market' off the food court with several vendors, which made shopping for souvenirs easier. We enjoyed our stay at Yaya Hotel and would stay here again."

"Beautiful and spacious apartments. Loved the customer service and the beautiful view from the roof top gym."

"Clean Room"

"All the staff were very helpful & welcoming during our stay, I would like to thank Timothy Wabuti, Konrad Wachenyi, Lucy Wanjiru & housekeeper Tabitha. we loved the location plus its also in a quiet area, close to many amenities. we had booked for a king size which was not available at reservation but the front desk moved us to a king size bed a few days after we arrived."

"I loved how friendly the staff are. I loved the ambiance and the food at Crave restaurant was really nice . Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I wish I could stay longer"

"Overall we had a great experience. The host was readily accessible whenever we needed assistance."

"Wonderful people working at the hotel. Everybody were very helpful, good breakfast. Clean rooms and bath rooms."

"Great Location, Unacceptable Management and Safety Hazards While the location was excellent and the property looked attractive, poor management and serious safety issues completely ruined our stay. Service and Communication Failures: We arrived late (around 11 pm) with no check-in details from the host. Communication throughout the stay was non-existent. On check-out day, despite our 11 am booking time, we were aggressively disturbed by staff knocking four times between 9 am and 10 am....

"I booked a family apartment with two queen beds and when I checked it, it was just one queen bed. Contacted the property manager and he wanted me to send him more money to change apartments. There were four of us, so one had to sleep on the couch and one on the floor. "

"After I paid the whole amount on expediai went to the apartment and locked us out till we paid 21000 shillings extra, I will be reaching out to expedia to get my refund…the worst place to be please don’t go ."
