"The view from our lanai was beautiful. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the lanai. It was nice to have a fridge, coffee maker and safe in our room. We were not used to having paper and plastic cups and the shower was small. We would stay there again"

"Moana Surfrider: A Dreamlike Stay with a Few Budget Notes Staying at the Moana Surfrider felt like stepping into a dream. The hotel is stunning—elegant, pristine, and peaceful. Every detail, from the professionalism of the staff to the serene atmosphere, exceeded my hopes. It’s the kind of place that wraps you in beauty and calm, and I truly can’t imagine staying anywhere else. That said, for future guests: be aware of a couple of daily charges that aren’t always front and center. There’s a $45 daily hotel fee for amenities, and valet parking is $65 per day with no self-parking option. Valet is available 24/7, but plan for a 10–20 minute wait when retrieving your car. These costs were within our budget and didn’t detract from the experience, but they could be surprising if you’re not expecting them. I share this not as a complaint, but as a heads-up—because this place is worth every moment, and I’d return in a heartbeat."

"Incredible!! I am so happy I chose Wayfinder. It was perfect from check in to check out. Such a special property. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are beautiful!! Views are amazing! The pool is amazing. Clean and quiet. Poolside bar has delicious drinks and food. Very safe area if you are traveling alone. Lots of close places to walk and shop. Easy access to beach. You don’t need a car. Coffee shop was wonderful every morning and loved the free local newspaper. All the employees stop and say Aloha and smile as they pass you or ride elevator with you. I will tell everyone to give Wayfinder a try!! You won’t be disappointed! "

"This hotel was definitely family friendly! Great staff. It took me 2 mins to touch the sand of the beautiful Waikiki beach. McDonalds is just downstairs a few steps away from the hotel. We met a lot of families and had a great time at the hotel. To the cleaning staff- THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING."

"The hotel was excellent. Right in the heart of waikiki dining and shopping. A 4 minute walk to the water to swim. The partial ocean view was plenty for us. The room itself was very clean as well as rhe lobby area. Only the hallways could use some revamping."
