"Great property, location, staff, upkeep, room etc. This is a pricey choice but in my opinion we got our money's worth. All rooms are good size and very updated and have balconies. Staff was attentive, water was provided daily as well as some small goodies. The beach is very small but other beaches are close. The location is spot on Waikiki, an easy walk to the main street and all its amenities, tour busses, restaurants etc."

"The Royal Hawaiian is in an excellent location….beautiful beach, sheltered pool area, close to shops. The food in the three main restaurants was very good! Room was very clean with excellent quality amenities. We had an oceanfront room which we would strongly recommend…excellent balcony. "

"It was clean and spacious. The pans for cooking didn’t have any scratches. The bathroom had many great amenities including a big soaking tub and a shower with a rainfall type spout. Also, location was excellent, right next to longs drugs and close to the major outdoor malls."
