"Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. "Love the location, they have food restaurants walking distance, zoo is 5-19 minutes walking, 5 min to the beach, abc store a block away, food trucks all around and even has a rental car inside the resort and it has a free parking you get your car in the morning and at the end of the day they take it and park it for you so you don’t have to pay parking. Food was great staff super nice."

"There is not hot tub; just COLD JACUZZI I was really disapointed this is my first time in Hawaii and their elevator was ALSO broken; we had to wait over 10 minutes to go up or down. The people giving information on the activities all give you different prices for the same activity; you need to make sure all prices are accurate. Some of the staff don't even answer a simple hi "aloha". They give you the same breakfast evey day no variety. It was boring."
