"Our room was a little rough around the edges and the internet access was annoying but who's spending that much time in the room or on the internet when you're in Hawaii?"

"I love this place and we've been coming here yearly for years. We always get the same type of room. Housekeeping staff is always very nice and do an awesome job cleaning our room everyday. Valet guys are also very nice as well as the front desk. Hotel has great shopping and a convenient ABC store. 2 great restaurants Duke's and Hula Grill. Nice pool and music near by. "

"Excellent customer service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out . All staff very friendly and professional . Hotel is very busy which is great , pool area seemed a little dirty and the cabanas definitely need an upgrade especially if you are wanting to charge $60 for them . Overall a great place to stay .. "
