"The hotel was in a perfect place to visit Lausanne. It’s was clean and had a great breakfast. My only issue was the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. 😐"

"Room was well proportioned and clean. Big bathroom with nice toiletries. Dressing gowns and slippers included. Plenty of tea and coffee. I did book a room with three single beds. This wasn’t available. So ended up with a double bed and a double sofa bed which took up most of the room space and I had to share a bed with my daughter. Not what we planned. Well placed for Cornavin and Pâquis-Môle. Tram stop literally outside and Lidl right downstairs if required "

"I don't think they offered me a free breakfast although the computer system was having problems when I checked-in so the staff gave me a drink voucher and I waited about 15 or 20 minutes and all was good."
