Staff was very nice! Amazing location and close to a metro station. There was a bit of mold in the shower. Also, don't be fooled by the pictures : we paid good money for the deluxe corner room as shown on many pictures, thinking we were going to have an amazing view of the water. However, we did not have this view at all and we were a bit disappointed as it is not written anywhere that the room would have a totally different view.

We loved our stay here! Great location in earls court. We got some attitude from the staff when we checked out, but other than that the other staff were amazing and helpful! Very cute boutique style hotel.

We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again next time we are down. We couldn’t ask for any more.
