"Loved our stay here. The best part of this hotel is their staff. Before our arrival, the staff reached out to us to arrange airport pickup. They were always in contact. When we arrived, we were greeted with warm towel to wipe our hands and tea. They recommended areas to visit. They even helped booked our over night sleeper train tickets to Sapa. The staff definitely went above and beyond which made our stay so much more pleasant. For international women’s day, the staff even gave me a flower. When we checked out, we were also given a little gift of tiger balm. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommend. "

"Room was excellent but didn’t have any view from balcony so if you want a view make sure you book the right room. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff superb. The only reason I didn’t mark this as 5* was because the rooftop bar was closed as it was tet (there new year break) but apart from that a five star stay. It is in an excellent location. I would book to stay again and if rooftop pool open then a 5*"
