"We stay here for a week and had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel in Hanoi. The location couldn’t be more central — just steps away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter’s main attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. I would happily stay here again."

"We stayed at La Siesta Premium Hang Be in Hanoi for 4 days as part of a two-week trip. This hotel is superbly placed for many of the tourist spots, two minutes’ walk to Café Giang (birthplace of egg coffee) and Pho Inn (best beef brisket Pho in Hanoi) four minutes to Ho Hoan Kiem lake, the red bridge and Beer Street, but it still manages to retain its local charm and sense of culture. The hotel is very boutique and modern but with a nod to its French heritage, immaculately clean, spacious bedrooms (we chose a Junior suite) well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout. It has an excellent restaurant, hosting a superb and varied daily breakfast and evening meals, we visited the rooftop bar at nighttime for happy hour on several occasions as it has a great vibe and bags of character. But the real jewel in the crown is the hotel staff, they were truly superb, everyone went out of their way to help. Nothing was too much trouble; they knew every inch of their city and gave us some great tips of where to go and what to see. It’s the little touches that make the difference, we’ve stayed at some great hotels but never had this level of detailed service. A special mention goes to Ruby at the reception desk, always ready to greet you with a huge smile, a genuine happy person who truly loves their job and being able to help her guests get the most from their time in Vietnam. A truly superb hotel, we loved every minute of our stay and would go back again without hesitation."
