"I absolutely loved having a deep, soaking tub to relax and wind down after long tours and all-day walking so that I could get to sleep easier because the television kept presenting in Italian. However, the bathroom is in need of maintenance: the caulking at the base of the shower door was visibly deteriorated, and the buildup underneath and the metal was not sealed to the non-porous part of the tub which led to gaps. Staff was good, willing to deep clean the tub & warm leftovers, though they were not as knowledgeable when giving directions. Rooms were not soundproof because I could hear everything happening in the hall. Overall, a good stay due to the tub, staff & convenient location."

"I like the central location close to the Milano Centrale terminal , the hotel is very nice, rooms are clean but when we arrived we were 3 in the room and there was only 1 towel witch I requested immediately at the check in and when we return to the hotel at night I have to do it again because never brought the towels, also the AC was not working property they say it was but was not, so it was a little hot in the room, we stay only one night"

"This is an excellent hotel within walking distance of Milano Centrale train station in Milan. Check in and check out was easy. Front desk staff, Gisselle in particular, are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is fully updated and it provides an excellent breakfast. We stayed one night in order to catch the Malpensa Express train to the airport. Will stay here again!"
