"Unfortunately when our room was cleaned there was no toilet roll replaced. Upon informing front desk of this they said housekeeping woould drop up toilet roll. They did not and we had to go down again to request it and had to wait until one of the team went to get some. Also the beds are quite uncomfortable and I expected better."

"Very central to everything in Belfast. Rooms are very clean, large and the beds are extremely comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. No mini bar but that wasn’t a problem for us. Tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Espa toiletries. Definitely a luxurious experience. Would highly recommend. "
