"Great staff and hotel in a great location. Stayed twice in the last few weeks and at the cost of the hotel not doing a service I think is really poor. We asked for it to done and it was a very poor job."

"The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and a hot buffet of items. The room was clean but a little warm even with the air conditioning on, was issued a dirty towel but didn’t use it or mention it to staff. Overall a nice hotel in a convenient location for the bus station and city centre. "
