"1) We liked having hot breakfast included. We didnt like the repetitiveness of scrambled eggs, potatoes, and chicken sausage every day. (We were there for two days and then three additional days later in the same week.) f there could something different on alternative days such as bacon or turkey bacon even. Also the bagels were not pre-sliced or set up to be sliced, and it was difficult to get them apart to be toasted. 2) We had ice accommodations and liked our room. we did not have an iron, yet had an ironing board? We went and requested one and was told one would arrive in 15 mins. We waited 30 minutes and it did not arrive, so we went to bed. We called the next morning and one was brought up. Overall these were not big issues and we were happy with our stay. "

"This is an excellent hotel with a high security. It is safe and calm. Very nice location with a lot of restaurants around it. I booked a room with two queen size beds for a family of 5people. I highly recommend it. They serve a heavy breakfast included in the room fees. I liked their service and security: without your room key, elevators are not accessible. Their beds and pillows are supper comfortable!"

"This is a lovely hotel in a quiet area within safe walkable distance to several good places to eat. There is plenty of free parking for hotel guests and the rooms are exceptionally clean and fresh. I loved the ease of check-in after hours, the room was spacious with built-in kitchen and plenty of amenities. The gym on the 4th floor looked nice, as was the DVD library in the lobby - however my trip was a quick one so we didn't get to take advantage of these this time. I will definitely be back! Thank you Cresent Suites Hotel for a wonderful stay."

"This was our second time here as I had a medical procedure just around the corner from here and wanted to rest overnight before traveling home. This was the greatest thing I did for myself and my husband. Plenty of food options around and the hotel was wonderful to stay at."

"I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Boston. The room was clean, comfortable, and it was quiet along the hallway. Checking in and out was very quick and straightforward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only “issues” I encountered were that the thermostat didn’t stay at the temperature that it was set on, and the sliding door to the bathroom got stuck closed a couple of times. I do think the thermostat not staying at the desired temperature was user error, as I was not confident when changing the settings. The “stuck” bathroom door opened if the door was slid all the way to the end of the track, then slid open again. I could see someone not thinking of this in the moment and panicking a bit, so I did report that incident to the front desk to give them a heads up. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and I’d definitely come back for a future trip to Boston. "
