"The staff were very rude. I had 2 reservations with individuals checking in at different times. When it came time to check in for the second reservation, I was told it was cancelled. I gave them the confirmation number for both reservations and I was told it was cancelled. I called Expedia and they verified it wasn’t cancelled an attempted to call the hotel but they wouldn’t pick up the phone. When they finally agreed to give me the room for my second reservation, they first gave me the keys to a room that was occupied! I finally received my room 2 hours after I arrived at the hotel. On top of all of this, they wouldn’t even give my elderly mother water while checking in! "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect. It's surrounded by so many great shops (Ulta, Marshals, Starbucks Ben & Jerrys and many great restaurants), making everything easy and convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options, and the rooms were gorgeous, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We arrived close to midnight and I felt very safe being with my daughter who needed to be seen early at Boston's Children Hospital. Peace of mind during my stay was important. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet the hotel was; we never heard noise from other rooms or outside. Although Boston's Children Hospital is close, prepare for added travel time. The mere 3 miles ended up being 30 minutes at 7:45 AM. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again! "

"Lovely! Crescent Suites was a good stay. Clean and roomy. Full kitchen! We had difficulty using the tv and Dish satellite system. Written instructions would have been useful. Dana, the host, was helpful with finding a restaurant we could walk to. There’s a great strip with many choices nearby. We will be back! Thank you!"

"Only body towels in bathroom. No hand towels. Tub was very slippery with nothing available to avoid slipping and falling. Television didn’t work."

"The location was good if you're looking to stay near, but not in, Boston. The bus stop was just around the corner. You can take the bus to Harvard, and from there connect to the trains. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the deck because of the weather but it would be nice in the summer. Parking is right in front of the house. No TV but that was fine with us. Also, since it is an older house, we could hear the TV or music from downstairs a couple of times, but it didn't last long. Overall we were very happy with our stay. "
