Lovely house in a pleasant area

Lovely house in a pleasant area. Well-equipped, clean, and with comfortable beds. A pleasant walk to the beach—not too far. Having a private parking space was fantastic, as the street outside was usually full and parking was mostly unavailable.

The location. The property wasn't very homely. Very austerity. An ugly fence now blocks any view from the property & makes it feel very enclosed. Lack of welcome pack & instructions need to be improved.
