- Any person present at the property—whether staying overnight or visiting during the day—is considered a guest.

- The maximum occupancy is 4 guests at any time, unless prior permission is given.

- Damage deposit: £200 pre-authorised 48 hours before check-in, fully refundable after your stay if no damage or excessive cleaning is required
