"Very handy for ferry to Yarmouth Isle of Wight, literally around the corner. Very clean Well equipped and comfortable bedroom. Sadly breakfast food was luke warm Upon our complaint the waiter/manager came out with a food thermometer to check and removed quite a lot of items. Solent dining area not very clean remnants of chips and crumbs on the floor around table. Reception was informed we await feedback. "
