We know it well as used to live there. It is more busy now with a constant stream of cars going past the hotel. However beautiful forest trails are still untouched and it's delightful to see the animals roaming freely. A chance to see the deer close.

My only niggle is that the architect over-complicated the lighting system. Our room had 9 light switches (excluding the one for the bathroom) and it was impossible for us to turn off the dimmed light in the entrance hall area - no matter what switch combo we tried. My son and his gf had the same issue in their room. "
"Great experience staying here. The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. There’s a small store nearby for some necessities, and more extensive shopping is just a 15-minute walk mostly through a park. We ate at least one meal there each day, and the food was very good. All in all, a very nice place. We would definitely stay there again."
"We’ve stayed here numerous times, it’s our go to place to stay in Bournemouth. Value for money. The rooms are basic but clean and with free parking. It’s a leisurely 20 minute stroll to the main shopping centre/beach/gardens.
