"Utterly wonderful, a superb balance between homely and luxury. So dog friendly throughout which was a real bonus, with plenty of space right next door to walk your dog. The staff were delightful and couldn't do enough. We'll definitely be back."

"On arrival the place felt calm and set in a beautiful area, the staff were lovely and very friendly, I cannot fault their service at all. The room was fabulous, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable with great views of the grounds. The shower was amazing and it was the perfect place for my night away for my birthday. Cannot recommend it enough, wonderful place. "

"Staff are outstanding , from checking in, evening meal and Amanda at breakfast, we loved the attentiveness and how friendly everyone was. We were in room 5, it was spotless, comfortable bed, good nights sleep , homemade cookies in a wee jar, soft towels , warm shower, fluffy towels . Wishing we were there longer - but will definitely return. "

"I will be looking forward to coming back again in the future. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. You were left feeling like you were visiting family (in the all the best ways). The food was utterly superb. Nothing was pretentious, it was good portions and so flavourful. I really really can't remember when I last had a meal that good! The atmosphere overall was bubbling and warm. Everyone around me all seemed to be having a really positive experience too. I honestly wouldn't want to even try anywhere else. The stay was perfect. "

"I’ve just returned from this beautiful property, it had all a family would want , swimming pool,hot tub, games room.it was convenient to new forest,we aged between 85 to1 years of age,all where cater for.From the games in the games room to the games in the house, the utilities in the kitchen and the good size bedrooms. not to mention the barbecue,and the ability to have an open fire while barbecuing,since it’s been pouring down with rain."

"Fantastic property with everything provided. Beautiful, peaceful location right in the heart of the New Forest. The hosts were excellent at communicating and were on hand should we have needed anything, which we didn't!Sleeping arrangements and bedrooms have very flexible layouts to suit all configurations.We had an amazing family break and will definitely plan to return in the future!"
