Very easy to check in, the room was very clean & tidy. The evening meal was well presented & tasted very nice. The full English breakfast I had was again nice & very filling. There was a good choice of Continental breakfast if you didn’t want the full English. The staff very polite. The whole hotel was very clean & well looked after. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and comfy bed. Felt the bar dining area could do with refurbisment with dirty marks on material chairs. Continental breakfast food should be covered as flies about the open cereal bread etc. Ate out mostly so cannot comment on food.

Large room and newly refurbished bathroom. Unfortunately it is possible to hear almost everything going on in other rooms and the common areas. Easy free parking and good location to reach the New Forest. I would stay here again
