The Staff was welcoming
The location was amazing!! Right in the centre
The room was old, the shower door didn't close, and the floor was quite sticky, :(
Very friendly staff to welcome. The room was very beautiful, very comfy bed, beautiful cotton sheets.
Everything sparkly clean . A modern shower room in an otherwise very atmospheric historic room that made me feel I’d travelled back in time.
The only drawback we couldn’t control the temperature of the shower , water too hot to stand under.
Accomodation was clean, welcoming, beautiful, bed was super comfortable, had everything you could possibly need. They really did anticipate your every wish. Historically very interesting. Full English breakfast was incredible. Parking was easy and much appreciated. Staff - Greg, Sarah and Sam were all amazingly helpful with customer service being top of their mind. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Great location , superbly presented rooms and friendly staff . Wasn’t sure about “ breakfast at our sister hotel “ but it worked well - not sure about that in winter tho’!
What a find!
A beautiful room (No.4) located in the car park area, very comfy and clean and a superb bathroom!
Everything very easy, will definitely be back!
Lovely old builing opposite the Wimbourne church parade, great staff & dog-friendly. The related pub is 2 mins round the corner and very popular. Food is good.
