This beautiful two bedroom luxury apartment is perfectly located to enjoy both the uninterrupted views of Lynmouth Bay and the East Lyn river valley from all bedrooms and living areas.

The bedrooms can be configured as either king size beds or twin beds upon request, meaning there’s lots of options to invite family or friends and the spacious and modern open plan living areas are perfect for entertaining.

On warmer days enjoy the outdoor terrace to admire the views with a glass of your favourite tipple and alfresco dining or enjoy a cosy night in, in front of the wood burning fire.

With Lynmouth harbour just a short walk away with its shops and restaurants, come and enjoy doing the things you love together, whether that is playing on the beach, swimming in the sea, or visiting the wide range of attractions in the North Devon area.

Please note that this apartment can be rented with the one bedroom Bay Reach, as it shares one entrance hall with two separate front doors.
