The property has a private access and is surrounded by woodland.

The open plan kitchen lounge is newly refurbished and includes oven, induction hob, dishwasher, combined fridge/ freezer and washing machine/ dryer. The lounge gives stunning views over the West Lyn valley.

The master bedroom also overlooks the West Lyn river, the room contains a king sized bed, the bedroom has a Freesat television fitted, hairdryer and a newly refurbished en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom has a double bed. The room also has a Freesat television, hairdryer and a newly fitted en-suite bathroom with shower.

A private outdoor terraced area is available for sole use of the apartment which is situated within the adjacent woodland and overlooks the surrounding valley.

All linen and towels are provided.

Broadband is available within the property.

The property is centrally heated and the lounge also contains an feature log burner style electric fire.

If you wish to take in the Exmoor scenery, Electrical bike hire is also available from the property. Please enquire upon booking.

The apartment is accessed via external stairs which means that the property may be not suitable to those who have difficulties with stairs.
