Lovely old building, friendly stay
Very good stay. All you require , clean comfy excellent position for all amenities. The dog enjoyed too !
The staff were both very friendly and helpful unfortunately the hotel bedrooms have been allowed to run down which is a shame as the public areas are very nice and the position of the hotel is the best in the town
Management really do need to put this hotel back to its former glory it would then be a huge asset to the town

Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful building, faded opulence. Must be good to have a room on the view side
Staff were great. The Property is tired would be nice to see it brought back to its former glory. Rooms were clean and tidy. Lifts out of order. And no restaurant service. But in all nice location and big rooms
Helpful, friendly reception staff. Good value stay. Spacious twin room. Londis shop very nearby to buy coffee and breakfast and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Loved the hotel lounge but it was a bit too warm for us to sit there too long. We hadn't pre-booked parking at the hotel but managed to find free parking nearby for the 3 nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again.

the hotel is centrally located and very reasonably priced, the staff are very helpful, the building is old and for the price its peculiarities are liveable with. This was my second stay and I would stay there again
Great location minutes away from cafés, pubs and eateries. Funicular virtually next door. Lovely old hotel, clean and full of character though indeed of a little tlc. We were made very welcome and our rooms were upgraded at no extra cost with amazing views across the valley. Very dog friendly and would definitely stay there again. Thank you.
Lovely place to stay, rooms are comfortable and clean. We only stayed for one night but would happily stay longer. Great views over the Bristol channel

Great value stay in Lynton
Offering excellent value for money this hotel right in the middle of Lynton and perfect for a weekend away. Its Victorian features hark back to it's time as a premium hotel and today it is adequate for a stay in the beautiful part of the country. The bed was comfortable and room and bathroom clean.

For the price this place is excellent. You are paying the price of a hostel but you have your own room, a decent bathroom and tea making facilities. The hotel has seen better days, and if you want something swanky pay another £100 per night.
Staff were helpful, room was clean, and location is spot on.
We stayed for two nights in the superior room with sea view. Simply amazing! Staff was friendly and the location is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay in Lynton in a hotel full of charm like the Valley of Rocks!
