The owners are friendly and helpful. Bus stop is close by to get into Lyon. The room is small but has everything you need for a business or an extended stay. Washing machine, fridge and stove top. There are some dining options nearby but if you want to experience French cuisine then go to downtown Lyon. Overall, a great place!

1er point :À l'arrivée, à 18H44, le propriétaire m'annonce qu'il y a eu un bug sur la plate-forme lors de réservation. Ce n'est pas 3 nuits qui sont réservées mais 2. Face à mon désaccord, le propriétaire m'annonce que je dois accepter ou annuler ma réservation. Très drôle...Donc bien sûr, j'ai accepté. J'ai regardé mes mails et là, sur le mail reçu par Abritel, le message suivant apparaît : "l'hôte a modifié la durée du séjour" (je ne comprends pas trop le rapport avec un bug de la plate-forme).Lorsque j'ai réservé les 3 nuits le 12 juillet 2025, la nuit était facturée 42 soit 126 les 3, sans compter les frais de nettoyage et les taxes de séjour. Sur le mail reçu l'après-midi de mon arrivée, les deux nuits étaient toujours à 126, soit 63 chacune. Cherchez l'erreur !!!29 minutes après, le propriétaire m'annonce que la 3ème nuit est à nouveau disponible. Grosse frayeur après 582 km sur les routes. 2ème point :Très beau studio avec un coin cuisine (2 plaques électriques, micro-ondes, frigo), un lave-linge, une salle de bain avec douche et WC. Dans la douche, il manque une porte.Je n'ai pas réussi à verrouiller un battant de la porte-fenêtre. Avec la canicule, j'ai laissé le volet roulant fermé. Climatisation fonctionnelle!!!Beau studio quand même.3ème point :À part ça, j'ai quand même passé un excellent séjour avec visite de Mini World Lyon et la Cité Médiévale de Crémieu. Il y a tant de choses à voir, découvrir, que je reviendrai lors d'autres vacances.

Bonjour Propriétaire sympa mais attention à la réservation, des personnes avaient réservées sur un autre site et se sont retrouvés à la rue.Sinon appartement proche stade groupama, propriétaire sympa, environnement calme et facile pour se garer.Manque juste du café avec la cafetière et porte à la douche sinon parfait pour 2 personnes proches (amis ou famille) quand même.Cordialement Thibault
