"We came here for a concert and booked the room months before hand. And it was a good thing. The staff said they were booked the day before and booked the day we were there. We couldnt get our room till 4 pm ,cause they were still cleaning rooms, but the staff was very nice the whole time. The room was awsome. Just about spic and span cleanliness. The hotel is just down the road from the mall and other places, so great area if youre wanting to shop. And it was only a few minutes from the pine knob venue for our concert as well so that was cool. And they do shuddle to that venue for future reference. The breakfast we got the next morning was awesome. It was so good. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bread items, juice and milk bar and so much more. It was worth it. We will stay here again. It was a great experience so thank you. "

"The luggage cart was a bit unmanageable around the corners. A possible upgrade to those would have made the trip more pleasant. Overall, the staff seemed less personable. My only interaction was at check out. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Gym appeared adequate. I couldn't tell where I could access the courtyard towards the back of the hotel. Siganage or staff to help would have been appreciated as it was a beautiful October weather. Warm in the 80s those few days. The courtyard was stunning."

"The hotel staff was welcoming, very friendly and helpful. We were met with smiles every time we walked through the front desk area. The bathroom in our room was rather small - the door into the bathroom hit the front of the toilet, which was unfortunate. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, however the pillows were "tired - lumpy", could use new ones? We got into the pool once, it was lovely. The apparatus that is used to assist folks into/out of the pool appeared to have electrical components exposed. It should be looked at. Breakfast was good. All in all a great stay - thank you"
