"had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, and being a new hotel makes everything feel modern and well maintained. The room was super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The food was good (7/10), and the drinks were excellent (10/10). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as the room was cleaned only once during my 4-day stay. More consistent daily service would have made the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back. "

"My wife and I stayed at The Grayson Miami Downtown before heading out on a cruise, and it was a great choice for a pre cruise stay. It had a fresh, contemporary feel without trying too hard, and everything was laid out thoughtfully. For a downtown hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and roomy it felt. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Check in was smooth and interactions throughout our stay were positive. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was perfect for getting out in the morning for a walk and exploring downtown Miami. We loved being able to step outside and immediately experience the city before making our way to the cruise port. Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable, and well located place to stay, and we would happily return."
