"had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, and being a new hotel makes everything feel modern and well maintained. The room was super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The food was good (7/10), and the drinks were excellent (10/10). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as the room was cleaned only once during my 4-day stay. More consistent daily service would have made the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back. "

From the moment we arrived, the property felt modern, clean, and well designed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind before travel day. It had a fresh, contemporary feel without trying too hard, and everything was laid out thoughtfully. For a downtown hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and roomy it felt. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Check in was smooth and interactions throughout our stay were positive. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was perfect for getting out in the morning for a walk and exploring downtown Miami. We loved being able to step outside and immediately experience the city before making our way to the cruise port. Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable, and well located place to stay, and we would happily return."
