This hotel is perfect as less than 5 minutes from main train station and the main street as far as tourists go. Loads of the main tourist sights are within a 10 minute walk

Arrived late in the evening and were given a front room and advised we may be any to change rooms the next day as it’ll be noisy. Staff seemed to know this was a bad room and despite having a stay for multiple nights no better room and as allocated so forced a room change. May be better to save the front rooms for people staying one night so no room moves are required. It was very loud from the street so the room change was made the following day by helpful staff.
On the Second day we’d been out all day exploring beautiful Oslo, returned to the room at 4.30pm to rest and change for dinner only to discover no one had been to make the room up despite it being requested. The maid then appeared at 4.45pm, quite late for house keeping I thought.
The room and hotel were clean so no complaints, some staff more helpful than others, great location for reaching everything but make sure you get a room at the back.
