Nice hotel in a great location, very convenient being across the street from the train. The rooms are spacious and I really loved having a bathtub. The coffee provided in the room was actually really delicious.

Very friendly receptionist. Quick check into the hotel room. Good service after check out. I was able to store my luggage after checkout and was able to have a stroll around Maastricht before I continued my journey.

Stayed for 2 nights for parkrun. Selected the hotel as we came by train. Added bonus of the swimming pool which we used. Had to keep the window open so it was a bit noisy and you could smell the kebab van opposite but after midnight it was quiet.

Its next to the bus and train station. Easy walk to city center. Many shopping and food and cafe options. Room is quiet. Breakfast was great. And the price was reasonable.

Well worth a visit!

Very spacious room, friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast brought to my room was varied and enough for two. Wonderful espresso machine in the room, excellent location - highly recommend.

Great location

Staff is very friendly, helpful and always available. Room was spacious and comfortable (junior suite) with a cute balcony. Location was walking distance to many good restaurants. It was very quiet, even though it is close to the train (which was also very convenient)

Nice location if coming by train. Easy with train from hotel to MEEC where we went back and forward this weekend. Very nice staff. Rooms a bit old, but very good value for money. Very happy.

Very good

Everything was very good. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room so I could make a good coffee every morning. There was also a fridge so I could make some cold drinks in my room. The location iss exceptional. The bus station and train station are just on the opposite side of the street. It's convenient to travel around.

Staff was very good. Room was clean. However, pillows are very uncomfortable, thermostat was difficult to understand, and NO HOT WATER for two days (yes, I notified the staff the first day ... assumed it would be fixed but had to take a cold shower the second day).
