Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very basic, small, mini refrigerator barely kept anything cold, no glass cups, wine opener, etc. Rooftop deck had no views. Location was great, close to Ramblas and everything.

Everything was perfect and clean, the Kitchen supplies, the confortable beds, the access, etc. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the room was missing for all four days that we we stayed there. The lady never went to our área to do the cleaning of the room.

The heat was broken and wouldn’t turn off- we couldn’t use the AC either. It was also extremely loud outside at night at all hours

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nice. A big shopping mall is right at the backside on walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
