Voor een verblijf van 1 a 2 nachten is het ok, voor een langer verblijf zou ik er niet verblijven. De kamers mogen wel een opgefrist worden, het behang is op sommige plaatsen los en de badkamer mag eens vernieuwd worden. Alles was wel proper en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Para estar cerca de la autovía, que fue por lo que lo cogimos, tienes que dar una vuelta enorme para acercarte a la zona de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Lo bueno es que tienes cerca el centro comercial Bonaire y con ello todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas. Las habitaciones son muy normales, algo anticuadas, con lo necesario y eso si, tranquilas por la zona donde se encuentran.

Pequenos desafios para grandes melhorias

O hotel tem boas instalações, com garagem gratuita necessária, face à localização, o serviço poderia ser francamente melhor. Contudo, apresenta uma falha inaceitável - os utensílios disponíveis para o pequeno-almoço não reúnem, em geral, as condições mínimas. Diversas peças de louça deviam ser retiradas, por se apresentarem lascadas e com beiras partidas. Vários talheres, facas, colheres ou garfos, apresentavam sinais de sujidade, isto é, mal lavados, eventualmente pelo equipamento de lavagem estar a funcionar mal. Espero que este comentário possa contribuir para eliminar os maus aspetos. Desse modo e com a melhoria do serviço, o hotel poderia passar para um nível de qualidade muito interessante. Sinceramente, parece um desafio que terão de enfrentar e, se o fizerem, mostra-se fácil de superar.

Great Staff ! Horrible building need urgent update

Staff is great and friendly but hotel out dated , problem with bath water stuck don’t go over drain so you have to wait long minutes although maintenance man try to repair ! Ceilling light in corridors over many floor blinking not nice to see , elevator very tired slow and out dated , carpets in hallway are stained ! This hotel will worth maximum 2.5 stars ⭐️ ! The owner must be very greedy and to only make money charging above 80€ is expensive for this hotel ! This hotel need urgently renovation to update cause the near ibis hotel is superbe ! Again staff is great reception cleaners kitchen but building need to update asap !
