This delightful 58 m2 floor offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. Guests must climb some steps to reach the property.

The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sitting space perfect for watching TV and unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

The kitchen offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for gathering with loved ones and sharing meals. Equipped with all the essentials, it has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes quickly.

The main bedroom features a plush double bed and plenty of storage, while the second bedroom, with two comfortable single beds and a spacious wardrobe, is perfect for family or friends.

The modern bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and everything you need to feel refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the lovely garden, where you may spot a few friendly resident cats roaming freely. The property also features a charming pomar with seasonal fruits and flowers typical of Madeira, offering a taste of the island’s natural beauty. Please note that light maintenance is carried out weekly to keep the space thriving and well cared for.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire floor. The villa has two independent floors and only the outdoor space is shared.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Machico, on Madeira’s eastern coast, is a charming town rich in history and natural beauty. Known as the island’s first landing spot, it features landmarks like the Forte de Nossa Senhora do Amparo and a golden sand beach perfect for swimming and relaxation. The surrounding landscapes and clear waters are ideal for hiking and water activities.

The town’s cozy streets are filled with local shops and restaurants offering Madeiran favorites like espetada and bolo do caco. With its mix of history, nature, and culture, Machico is a serene destination and a great base for exploring Madeira.

No public transportation is nearby so the best way to explore the city is by car.

Madeira Airport is a 7-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
