While Santana itself is quiet and peaceful and about a 40-minute drive to Funchal, the description does not reflect the actual setting. The cleanliness of the unit was below standard, and the towels provided were very rough and uncomfortable. Due to inaccurate information and the condition of the property, I would not recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay at Between the Sea and Mountains! The home was cozy with so much character. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ outside in the little courtyard and in the kitchen, it had everything we needed. We loved ending our days on the balcony overlooking the ocean and mountain reflecting on the amazing day we had hiking. We would 100% recommend staying here!"
