"I had transferred here after a bad experience with a Hyatt hotel. It was like night and day…the level of professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy from the front desk, the evening lounge restaurant, and valet staff was very much appreciated. The pool was so clean and relaxing & my room was so comfy and spacious. It explains why your brand excels in this industry. I didn’t get to use the fitness center, but it looked well equipped as well. Thank you for making the end of my trip better!"
