Requested an upper room, not honored. But, I understand not guaranteed. Walls were thin could hear neighbors, otherwise very good. Parking is steep at 60.00 per night valet. Great location!! No amenities no gym etc

I stayed in the Cherry Suite and was not disappointed! I would definitely book again.

This was a beautiful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only downside was that it appears to be a wedding factory. The problem is that they used the lobby for each wedding(3days in a row). The restaurant was fabulous!

In addition to be perfectly situated in downtown Nashville and convenient to so much of the city, I was most wowed by the amenities the hotel offered. There was an excellent cafe on the lobby level with fabulous coffee and pastries. On one night, live music was offered in the (stunning!) bar area. And on each floor, there is an entire coffee bar and fancy water (still or sparkling), complete with carafes, and a big bowl of apples. To be able to tiptoe outside your room and grab a cup of coffee in your PJs is a special treat! Bathrobes were luxurious and the bath products divine! This is on top of a gorgeous building, spacious rooms, and responsive, thoughtful service. It was a first rate spot and one I'll long remember!
