Though in kind of a weird area, it is super close to the airport and the free shuttle was great. Have an affordable Continental breakfast. No restaurants to walk to but the mall is a quick cab ride away where lots of food options. Would stay again!

Check in was easy & pleasant, room was clean, spacious & comfortable. On site restaurant was nice after getting there late at night from a long international flight. Close to airport, 30 minutes from Madrid city center. NOTHING in near the hotel - you must take a cab anywhere. High fences & locked gate around the hotel made you question the off-site safety.

Everything almost! It is far from Madrid central. We took uber/taxi...one way is around 28 euro. Excellent shuttle service to be drop off at the airport Terminal 4. They are on time! Our room was very roomy for 3 people. Bathroom is great with bidet . Shower good. Breakfast is very good.

The property is great, but the neighborhood looks underdeveloped. There is a construction next door and abandoned buildings across the street. The room was clean and very nice. The staff are very nice too.
