Solo Traveler: Had a good experience staying in this hotel. Breakfast option was great, there's also a cafe, bar and tapas (Snack) until pretty late at night which is a plus if you want to eat/drink something late. There's always someone in reception which is great if you return pretty late to the hotel. if you use public transportation, it could feel a little far from the city, but I personally had fun.

The staff were very warm and kind, and the breakfast was complete and enjoyable. The room was small and uncomfortable, and the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming—not because of the temperature. The hotel is in an industrial area, far from public transportation, so you’ll need to pay for rides. I’d only consider staying one night, and even then I’d think twice.

This is a very convenient hotel for driving down to Malaga from UK and was welcoming and also pet friendly for our 2 dogs. Will definitely stay there again on next trip

This is a cute little hotel in a quiet area close to the airport. I loved the lobby with food, bar and tables to lounge. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay for our flight home. Great showers. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

Great hotel to stay in Alcobendas, near Madrid. The area is not a touristic one, but it’s close to shopping centres and the Madrid Barajas Airport. Great staff and services, but they have some issues with the A/C in some of the rooms.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean, but my only concern was the smell of sewage coming from our restroom. We had room #234 and the smell of sewerage never left despite us opening up the window to let it air out throughout the day. Overall great experience but please get that checked out ASAP.

It was a business trip ,so I preferred to choose an hotel close to IFEMA fair. The room was clean, comfortable, suitable for a quiet work, breakfast for very good compared to the price. The snack and dinner menu can be extended. The staff was helpfull.

This was ok for an overnight stay to/from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was small but clean and the bathroom/shower was good. But it is in a very industrial neighborhood so there is literally nowhere to go other than inside the hotel and the lobby/dining room was small. Luckily it was not crowded when I was there. The fences outside the hotel made it look like it was under construction and the whole area was kind of creepy. The dining options are VERY limited for dinner and lunch with nothing else around unless you drive. I read there was not much around so I expected more from the dining experience and lounge options.

This hotel was just a total disappointment. First it was advertised as being close to the airport, but it was a nearly 20 min ride. There is no car access to the front of the hotel, in case you're traveling with lots luggage. You either have to go through a basement parking lot with no obvious sign on how to get there, or get out on the main street and the hotel doesn't have any cart to put your stuff on to bring them into the hotel. You have to leave your stuff on the street and be carrying them one at a time. Inside the hotel, I was under the impression that the staff was newly hired with no one to guide them. The room I stayed in smelled like a smoker's room and the air conditioning was old, horrible and did not cool the room. The rooms contained pretty much just a bed and desk like setup, nothing else. I would've chosen to spend the night at the airport than bother with the travel back and forth and pay for a hotel room that wasn't worth it
