From your moment you walk into the hotel the staff is very warm and friendly… They are helpful for the area… And how to take basic transportation from the hotel to downtown Madrid is very easy… Buses are nearby for about three euros to the city… Or Uber as an alternative… The rooms are very spacious and comfortable seemed like it was newly remodeled and just a wonderful setting… We enjoyed our stay… The breakfast was awesome and plentiful as well…

Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Take a metro to Central Madrid, about an hour one way. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and big, the bed is comfortable! Airport shuttle with a small charge is very reasonable.
