The hotel was good and clean with all the amenities listed being provided. The location was ok as it isn’t in the city center but a 15 min ride away which isn’t too bad. The issue we had was with the concierge and the rude behavior that he displayed twice. First, when we entered he made a scene about the water in the lobby, and second he profiled us and made our family feel unwanted. Hotel was good but the staff could use a lesson on hospitality.

The property was a bit far from the center of Madrid, but the hotel was good. Staff was professional and knowledgeable

Madrid city break
The sofa bed hadn’t been made up when we checked in but was sorted promptly. The room was a decent size with the sofa bed made there was still space to move around. Buffet breakfast set us up for the day touring the city. Factor in taxi costs €15 a trip. Good value accommodation.

Comfortable Stay
Loved the room, the restaurant, the bar, the pool. Checkin was quick and easy. Checkout time was extended at our request with no charge. The hotel was in a convenient location. We enjoyed our 3-night stay.

Cleaning service not clean, missing items, or not cleaning items. Room key has to be re-programmed everyday, yes everyday. Rooms are NOT designed for 2 adults and 2 children, way tooooooo small.

This property is very good. It’s clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing and facilities are in very good condition. The location we thought had limited dining options nearby, however, it’s a good option if you want to stay near the airport. It’s a a short 15-20 min drive to the airport and about a 30 min ride on bus to Madrid city center. Overall we thought it was good value for money.

Good but could be better…
The room was clean and spacious. I was actually not expecting to pay 18+ euros for parking. On top of that they show off pool pics but not say if it’s open or not on website but when we arrived we found out it was closed. Not happy about that but oh well…

Decent compromise between the city and the airport
Stayed here for 3 nights with the fam. Due to lack of room availability on certain nights, I had 3 separate reservations (one for each night). At check-in, the polite staff promised to combine them into one reservation for one room so I wouldn't have to 'check out' daily. Over 4 days, I had to do exactly that. My room keycard stopped working daily at check-out time, and it was annoying to get it redone every evening after a long day out. The rooms are a little outdated and could use a remodel. The only other negative: the bathrooms could use additional pressure for the shower and the WC. On the plus side, the wifi is reliable, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast spread is great! Location-wise, you're within a few minutes of downtown (bus station outside, and the metro's a short walk away). A 5-min walk away is an Italian pizzeria chain called La Tagliatella which, despite the chain tag, offers delicious fare on a green terraced/patio.

Great stay. Place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Very close to a bus stop and within walking distance to the area known for La Movida de Madrid in the 80's. Loved everything about it.

The girl at the bar was super rude. In the room all soap and shampoo containers were empty, the coffee machine did not work, the key did not work. The check out staff were polite and helpful though.

The service was excellent, accommodating, responsive, polite. The room was not well cleaned. The staff organised for it to be cleaned again but for how much the receptionists are good in the current environment cleanliness is a priority for safety

The staff makes this hotel. I arrived very early, hours before checking time still reception gave me a room. Unfortunately when I went up I found that it was not very clean but the reception made sure it was addressed. The cafetería staff are also great

Good stay
I booked a room here because it advertised connecting rooms. This hotel however does not have any connecting rooms. Management said they would make the change on the site to reflect no connecting rooms. The staff did help resolve the issue by giving me connecting rooms at Novotel which is the top two floors of the same building. The room was comfortable and clean.

El Hotel y el servicio siempre son buenos, aunque ultimamemte suele albergar bastantes eventos y los precios se han elevado mucho! Al marchar tuve un olvido de dos prendas de ropa en la habitacion. Volvi al dia siguiente por la mañana y la atencion no fue muy buena, teniendo que volver al mediodia, cuando ya finalmente me devolvieron las prendas.
