Very suitable for family trip and budget traveller

New apartment in Numancia Madrid. Need around 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. If you always use Uber for transport, or want to find budget apartment, this is a great choice.

Place is nice and clean. Entry is no problem and we dont have to worry about carrying a key. Kitchen with a bowl of fruits is also a bonus as we were able to cook our food and save money from eating out. Owner is always communicating with us, although it takes me time to understand as I still have to translate the messages in English

The staff was fine but there should be a better explanation of this property, 1st it was difficult to find especially as a foreigner. 2nd if you are renting a car and thinking about parking around the property or is nearly impossible and we received a ticket trying to do so. 3rd The doorbell would ring at all times of the night with strangers trying to get into the building that will make anyone feel unsafe. 4th the washer is just a washer you have to hang dry clothes which is not as fast as they say. Again for what we wanted it worked out but had I known these 4 things in particular I would've opted to stay somewhere else.

Agréable mais sans un vrai petit déjeuner

L'appartement très spacieux, literie confortable sauf les oreillers qui était trop plats, grande salle de bain. Dommage qu'à la place d'un rideau plastique la paroie vitrée ne soit pas installée, cela éviterait l'eau couler et inonder la sdb. Cuisine bien équipée mais il manque des couverts et des mugs pour pouvoir faire tourner le lave-vaisselle sans qu'il soit vide. A l'arrivée nous avons eu 3 petites briques de jus de fruit, 3 petites briques de lait, 3 madeleines et 3 pains au lait industriels et quelque fruits. Il est marqué que le séjour est avec le petit déjeuner servi en chambre cependant pendant nos 5 jours de séjour rien n'a était reservi...étonnant mais au final pas si grave vu la qualité et choix de produits. Nous nous sommes procuré la petit déjeuner tous seuls. Juste dommage pour le pannier de fruits qui n'a pas état renouvelé de tout le séjour.
