Excellent property in a very quite and centric street with large modern rooms with all amenities. The staff is extremely friendly making you feel at home. This is our second stay and we will be back in October! Best place to stay in Madrid !!!

The staff was very nice and accommodating with allowing me to check in early. The room was big and I loved the kitchenette which gave me an option to buy snacks or food so I can cook. The hotel is in a quiet area but not a far walk from Plaza Mayor, Sol, and the shopping area. Will definitely book my stay again.

Our stay at Jardin de Recoletos

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well situated on a quiet street in easy walking distance to many historical sites. There are many restaurants nearby and the breakfast in the hotel was very enjoyable. Our suite had access to a veranda and we used this to enjoy cured ham, cheese and wine on our last evening. A very relaxing time.

Está muy descuidado el hotel .... las habitaciones las puertas.. los baños.. la cama.. les urge mantenimiento y remodelarlas.... por lo que cobran no parece de verdad .... La limpieza igual de milagro hacen el cuwrto.. el piso ni lo aspiran ni trapean .. los buroes 3 dias y llenos de polvo .. la cocinita no tienws ni jabon para lavar loa trastes.. La verdad esta muy deteriorado... no volvería a quedarme hasta que le inviertan y le den una muy buena remodelada ... se ve viejo y feo y abandonado
