My only suggestion would be to have a small section of the pool reserved for adults-only, as I felt the property was more so geared towards children (all three pools) and less towards adults/couples looking to relax. "I had a very bad experience here, the staff were rude and didn’t try help. Multiple times, I was faced with staff who didn’t try and help. The non English speaking staff were even worse, especially one man who wore glasses was particularly rude to me as a solo traveller. Just spend a bit more and book nicer hotel across the road "
