The hotel was okay overall, but overpriced . The rooms are not soundproof, and noise from outside and other guests is easily heard. Basic amenities, such as body lotion, were also missing. The staff could have been more flexible, and the pictures are misleading, as the hotel is across the road from the beach, not directly by the water. Overall, it felt more like a 4-star experience than a 5-star one. We stayed only one night, but these were our main observations.

I was surprised by how much I liked it. Service-wise, I felt in Asia, not in Spain. It has this international flair. Also I loved the nature around the hotel and the cute little cactus trees everywhere. If you can, book a Junior Suite Sea View. One master bathroom with 2 sinks and 1 small bathroom additionally. They have kids amenities, like bathrobe and slippers, which you can ask for. And kids menu in all restaurants we tried (Leppoc, Thalos and Leña). Ana at breakfast was amazing, always looked out for us and sensed we didn’t want to sit where all other people are so she led us to a quiet table outside.
